I’m Jella, a Communication Design student from Germany, currently on my way to a Bachelor’s degree by spring 2027. I love bold typefaces, clean layouts, and designs that make a statement without shouting too loud (unless it’s on purpose).

Design, to me, is a way to make everyday life a little more fun, more thoughtful—or just a bit weirder. I love working with contrast—visually and conceptually—and I like to keep my color palette minimal. Yes, black counts as a color.

When I’m not designing, I’m raising houseplants, listening to metalcore, and drawing things that prompt the question: “Are you okay?” (Spoiler: YES, totally!)

I love working with rule-benders, weirdos, and expressive people who like to challenge the rules—or ignore them completely. If you think design doesn’t always have to play nice, we’ll get along just fine.
